Agenda Item Title:  Updated Demographic Study & North Bayshore Master Plan Proposal (10 minutes)

Background: 
The Mountain View City Council approved construction of over 9,000 homes in the North Bayshore area of the City.  It is expected that this housing will generate a large number of students that would attend schools in the district.  This North Bayshore Master Plan will lead the design of future school construction in this area, which will need to be urban school designs rather than similar to existing schools.  

Fiscal Implication:
$290,000

Recommended Action: 
That the Board approve the proposal for the North Bayshore Master Plan with Artik Art and Architecture.
