Agenda Item Title: Approval of HYA Additional Service Request for the Office Build-outs/Conversions for the Bubb Elementary School, Huff Elementary School and Landels Elementary School Phase 2 Modernization Project

Background:
During the Bubb, Huff and Landels Phase 2 design process, the District requested several existing storage and mechanical rooms be converted to offices and resource rooms. This scope of work was not included in the original project scope.
Fiscal Implication:
HYA has presented an additional service fee proposal for the required services in the amount of $12,200. This proposal is within the established project budget for design contingency-Measure G.
Recommended Action:
That the Board of Trustees approve the additional service fee proposal for HYA in the amount of $12,200.
