Agenda Item Title: Stevenson Temporary Campus, Notice of Completion for Rodan Builders

Background:
On May 4, 2017, the Board approved the construction contract for the Stevenson Elementary School Temporary Campus Site Development Project from Measure G funds. The Board approved the award of the subject project to Rodan Builders, Inc., in the amount of $3,750,000.
Work on this project is now substantially complete.
Fiscal Implication: The District currently holds retention in the amount of $375,000., or 5% of the contract value. After a minimum of thirty-five (35) days after the filing of the Notice of Completion with the County of Santa Clara recorder, the District will release the retention amount provided all remaining close out and punch list items have been completed.
Recommended Action:
The Board approve the filing of the Notice of Completion for the Stevenson Elementary School Temporary Campus Site Development Project.
