Agenda Item Title: Stevenson Temporary Campus Change Order No. 2 for Rodan Builders

Background:
During the Stevenson Elementary School Relocation of Portable Buildings (Portable Village) Project, unforeseen conditions, design changes, and owner requests have occurred, resulting in additions/changes in scope to the original project. These additions/changes require contingency money to be used. The contingency monies required for Change Order #2 will not exceed $46,098. A summary of Change Order #2 is attached.
Fiscal Implication:
The total construction contingency of $375,000 was budgeted for this project. Change Order #1 for $295,218 was approved on September 21, 2017. Change Order #2 for $46,098 will reduce the remaining contingency amount to $33,684, with 100% of the project complete.
Recommended Action:
That the Board of Trustees approve Change Order No. 2, for the Stevenson Elementary School Relocation of Portable Buildings (Portable Village) Project.
