Agenda Item Title:  Resolution No. 1662.12/17, Finding of Board Concerning Absence of Trustee Ellen Wheeler

Background: 
Trustee Ellen Wheeler was not able to attend the September 6, 2017 Special Meeting due to a previous engagement, which resulted in loss of a portion of the stipend that trustees receive each month for their service.  Education Code allows that that portion of the stipend be reinstated  by approval of a majority of the trustees.

That the Board approve Resolution No. 1662.12/27, Finding of the Board Concerning Absence of Trustee Ellen Wheeler, as presented.
