Background:
During the Stevenson/Theuerkauf/Preschool/District Office Project Phase 1, unforeseen conditions, design changes, and owner requests have occurred, resulting in additions/changes in scope to the original project. These additions/changes require contingency money to be used. The contingency monies required for Change Order #1 will not exceed $2,635.00. A summary of Change Order No. 1 is attached.
Fiscal Implication:
Change Order No. 1 for $2,635 is 4.5% of the contract value. To date, 50% of the project is complete.
Recommended Action: That the Board of Trustees approve the Stevenson/Theuerkauf/Preschool/ District Office Project Change Order #1, as presented.
