Background:
The Board will have the opportunity to review two proposed boundaries put forth by the Student Attendance Areas Task Force that will be implemented after Slater School reopens in 2019-2020. As requested by the Board at the June 1, 2017 meeting, additional information/scenarios for diversifying Castro were provided by the demographer.
Staff recommends approval of Option A.
Fiscal Implication:
None.
Recommended Action:
That the Board chose Option A for boundaries that will be implemented in 2019-2020 when Slater School is reopened.
