Agenda Item Title: YMCA of Silicon Valley Agreement for Summer Camp 2017 Food Services (2 minutes)

Background:
The District has had a long-standing relationship with the YMCA of Silicon Valley to provide services to our students. The YMCA is conducting a summer camp at Theuerkauf Elementary School June 27 - August 11, 2017. YMCA requested MVWSD Food and Nutrition Services Department to provide breakfast, lunch and an afternoon snack for the camp's attendees.
The Food and Nutrition Services Department will provide approximately 30-40 sets of meals per day of the program.
Fiscal Implication:
Staff will submit the Federal meal reimbursement claim to cover the costs of the meals.
Recommended Action:
That the Board of Trustees approve the agreement for the District to provide meal service for the YMCA Summer Camp at Theuerkauf Elementary School.
