Agenda Item Title:  Notice of Completion - Crittenden Middle School Auditorium, Innovation Center/Library, and Site Improvements Projects

Background: 

On December 23, 2015, the Board approved the construction contract for the Crittenden Middle School New Library, Auditorium and Site Improvements Project Increments 2 and 3 from Measure G funds.  The Board approved the award of the subject project to BHM Construction in the amount of $17,535,089.

Work on this project is now substantially complete.

The District currently holds retention in the amount of $936,307, or 5% of the contract value.  After a minimum of thirty-five (35) days after the filing of the Notice of Completion with the County of Santa Clara recorder, the District will release the retention amount provided all remaining close out and punch list items have been completed.

That the Board of Trustees approve the filing of the Notice of Completion for the Crittenden Middle School Auditorium, Innovation Center/Library, and Site Improvements Projects.
