Background: 
Staff is recommending that the District hire a Health and Wellness Coordinator.  The role of the coordinator is to support the planning, implementation and evaluation of the District's Health and Wellness Program.  This position is even more important as the District begins the 2020-21 school year and needs to provide more support to staff, students and families as we navigate the impacts of the COVID-19 pandemic in our community.

Fiscal Implication:
Estimated $194,708 including salary and benefits

Recommended Action: 
That the Board of Trustees approves the job description for the Health and Wellness Coordinator as presented.
