Background: 
Staff will present the Board of Trustees with a Reopening Plan by guidance from the California Department of Education, Santa Clara Public Heath, Santa Clara County Office of Education, Centers for Disease Control, and Sacramento County Office of Education. 

Fiscal Implication:
To be determined.

Recommended Action: 

That the Board approves the Reopening Plan and approach for Distance Learning subject to mandatory guidance from Federal, State, County, and local authorities.  Additionally, there may be changes as a result of  negotiations with employee groups.
