Background:
In accordance with Proposition 39 and the Bond Oversight Committee Bylaws, the Measure G and T Bond Oversight Committee is required to have at least seven members on the oversight committee and a maximum of fifteen. Staff advertised for new members in school newsletters and the Superintendent's newsletter.
There are multiple members on the Measure G and T Bond Oversight Committee that would like to step down since Measure G is nearing completion. Staff will continue to bring members to the Board for approval until all positions are filled with individuals who wish to continue on the Measure G and T Oversight Committee.
Fiscal Implication:
None.
Recommended Action:
That the Board of Trustees approve the Bond Oversight Committee membership application of William Lambert in the position of member at large Nimrod Berman in the position of member at large, and James Perkins in the position of member at large .
