Background: 

On January 10, 2019, the Board approved the Piggyback construction contract for Modular Classroom Buildings at the New District Office Project from Measure G funds. The Board approved the award of the project to Enviroplex, Inc. in the amount of $4,359,484.01.

 

Work on this project is now substantially complete.

 



Fiscal Implication:

The District currently holds retention in the amount of $217,924.20, or 5% of the contract value.  After a minimum of thirty-five (35) days after the filing of the Notices of Completion with the County of Santa Clara recorder, the District will release the retention amount provided all remaining close out and punch list items have been completed.

 



Recommended Action: 

The Board approve the filing of the Notice of Completion for the Modular Classroom Buildings at the New District Office Project.
