Background:
Action Day/Primary Plus has been a long-standing tenant in the District since 1981. This Second Amendment extends the Joint Use Agreement until 2023 with a minimum of a 1% increase to a maximum of 3% increase each year.
Fiscal Implication:
It will bring $704,473.13 to the general fund in 2021-2022
Recommended Action:
It is recommended that the Board of Trustees approve the Second Amendment 2021-2023 with Action Day/ Primary Plus.
