Agenda Item Title: Landels Play Structure - Change Order 1 - Terramark

Background:
During the Landels Play Structure Grant Project unforeseen conditions, design changes, and owner requests have occurred, resulting in additions/changes in scope to the original project. These additions/changes require contingency money to be used.
The total construction contingency of $42,440.00 was budgeted for this project.
Change Order #1 for $25,426.71 will leave the remaining contingency amount at $22,013.29 with 75% of the project complete.
Fiscal Implication:
The contingency monies required for Change Order #1 will not exceed $25,426.71. A summary of Change Order #1 is attached.
Recommended Action:
It is recommended the Board of Trustees approve Change Order #1 for the Landels Play Structure Grant Project .
