Background: 
This Resolution would allow the district to apply for reimbursement from FEMA for costs related to COVID-19.  This reimbursement process may take over a year.

Fiscal Implication:
If not approved we will not be able to apply for reimbursement from FEMA.

Recommended Action: 
It is recommended that the Board of Trustees approve the Designation of Applicant's Agent Resolution  for Non-State Agencies.
