Background: 
In order to better support student health, the position of Licensed Vocational Nurse has been added to the health care team.  Funding for this position will be provided by the El Camino Hospital Grant.  The job description has been reviewed and approved by the California School Employees Association. 

Fiscal Implication:
Monthly pay rate of $5,028.35, 10-month work year

Recommended Action: 
That the Board approve the Licensed Vocational Nurse job description, as presented.
