Agenda Item Title:  Resolution No. 01-100418, Adopting a Conflict of Interest Code (10 minutes)

Background: 
The Governing Board is required to review the District's Conflict of Interest Code every even-numbered year.  This year, the code has been modified to be more specific in the names of position and which disclosure category applies to each position.

None.

Recommended Action: 
That the Board approve and adopt Resolution No. 01-100418, Conflict of Interest Code, as presented.
