Agenda Item Title: Notice of Completion – Stevenson Elementary School Sitework Phase 2, Increment 2 Electrical and Low Voltage

On October 19, 2017, the Board approved the construction contract for the Stevenson Elementary School Sitework Phase 2, Increment 2 Electrical and Low Voltage from Measure G funds. The Board approved the award of the project to Interstate Vanden Bos Electric, Inc. in the amount of $909,800.
Work on this project is now substantially complete.
The District currently holds retention in the amount of $45,490, or 5% of the contract value. After a minimum of thirty-five (35) days after the filing of the Notices of Completion with the County of Santa Clara recorder, the District will release the retention amount provided all remaining close out and punch list items have been completed.
That the Board of Trustees approve the filing of the Notices of Completion for the Stevenson Elementary School Sitework Phase 2, Increment 2 Electrical and Low Voltage Project.
