Agenda Item Title: Crittenden Middle School Track & Field and Permanente Creek Trail Extension Project Change Order No. 2 – Interstate Grading & Paving

During the Crittenden Middle School Track and Field and Permanente Creek Trail Extension Project, unforeseen conditions, design changes, and owner requests have occurred, resulting in additions/changes in scope to the original project. These additions/changes require contingency money to be used.
The total construction contingency of $553,000 was budgeted for this project.
Change Order #1 for $324,150 was approved on December 7, 2017.
Change Order #2 for $143,241 will reduce the remaining contingency amount to $85,609 with 100% of the project complete.
The contingency monies required for Change Order #2 will not exceed $143,241. A summary of Change Order #2 is attached.
That the Board of Trustees approve the Crittenden Middle School Permanente Creek Trail Project Change Order #2.
