The 2019 Plan Year Employee Health Benefits Matrix has been updated to reflect the 2019 new benefit rates.  The updated matrix will provide the same benefit contributions to all Mountain View Whisman School District employees. The District will contribute toward the monthly premium amount in the following manner: 95% of single plans, 90% of two-party plans, and 85% of family plans.

Fiscal Implication:

Unknown until all employees have the opportunity to go through Open Enrollment (November 1- November 30, 2018) and make necessary changes to current plans.
