Agenda Item Title: Management and Unrepresented Staff Salary Increase (5 minutes)

Background:
On tonight's agenda, the Board is considering the ratification of the Tentative Agreement and 5% salary increase with the Mountain View Educators Association. In accordance with past practice, staff recommends increasing the salaries of management and unrepresented staff by 5%. Proposed salary schedules for 2018-2019 are attached.
Management and unrepresented staff includes:
- Principals, coordinators, and directors
- Confidential Classified
- Supervisory
- Preschool Teachers
- Hourly and Substitute Hourly
Fiscal Implication: $420,000 (5%) and $64,000 (stipends)
Recommended Action: That the Board of Trustees approve the recommended 5% salary increase for management and unrepresented employees, as presented.
