The District is in the process of revising and adopting policies at the recommendation of the California School Boards Association. Board Policy No. 5145.13, Response to Immigration Enforcement is a new policy that is required by law.
Board Policy No. 5145.13, Response to Immigration Enforcement was approved at first reading on August 23, 2018.
