Background:
During the Graham Middle School Modernization Phase 4: Courtyard Project, unforeseen conditions, design changes, and owner requests have occurred, resulting in additions/changes in scope to the original project. These Change Order #1 additions/changes result in a credit of ($13,913.01) to the contingency monies. A summary of Change Order #1 is attached.
Fiscal Implication:
The total construction contingency of $53,500 was budgeted for this project.
Change Order #1 for ($13,913.01) will not impact the contingency amount, with 100% of the project complete.
Recommended Action:
That the Board of Trustees approve Change Order #1 for the Graham Middle School Modernization Phase 4 Courtyard Project.
