Agenda Item Title: Demolition and Abatement for Construction of New District Office Change Order #1 – Premier Builders, Inc.

During the Demolition and Abatement for Construction of the New District Office Project, unforeseen conditions, design changes, and owner requests have occurred, resulting in additions/changes in scope to the original project. These additions/changes require contingency money to be used. The contingency monies required for Change Order #1 will not exceed $12,420.00. A summary of Change Order #1 is attached.
The total construction contingency of $25,762 was budgeted for this project.
Change Order #1 for $12,420 will reduce the remaining contingency amount to $13,342 with 100% of the project complete.
That the Board of Trustees approve Change Order #1 for the Demolition and Abatement for New Construction Project of the District Office.
