During the Stevenson Elementary School Phase 2, Increment 2 Electrical and Low Voltage Project, unforeseen conditions, design changes, and owner requests have occurred, resulting in additions/changes in scope to the original project. These additions/changes require contingency money to be used. The contingency monies required for Change Order #2 will not exceed $23,434.00. A summary of Change Order #2 is attached.
The total construction contingency of $90,980 was budgeted for this project.

Contingency balance remaining is $12,026, with 92% of the project complete.
