Agenda Item Title:  YMCA Lease Agreement for Overflow Space at Huff and Landels

Background: 
The YMCA has been a long-standing partner with the District to serve the students.  At Huff and Landels, the demand currently exceeds the capacity of the leased rooms at both schools.  Working with YMCA and both site principals, an agreement was reached to provide a classroom at each school for overflow after school is dismissed during the 2018-2019 school year.  

Fiscal Implication:
The rental income for both schools combined for the 2018-2019 school year is $36,480.

Recommended Action: 
That the Board of Trustees approve the agreement with YMCA to lease two classrooms after school at both Huff and Landels for the 2018-2019 school year.
