Agenda Item Title: Contract with Sage Renewables for Solar Program Consulting Services (3 minutes)

Background:
Sage Renewables conducted a solar feasibility study in spring 2018 and presented to the Board. At the June 14 Board meeting, the Board gave direction to continue with the concept of solar panels usage in the Mountain View Whisman School District. Per the contract with Sage Renewables, the Independent Contractor will provide services to assist the district in the Request for Proposal (RFP) process to select a vendor and contractor for the installation of a to-be-determined solar solution for the district, review construction documents and provide support during construction, and provide quarterly performance summaries and an Annual Performance Report.
The contract for Sage Renewables is $133,200.
Fiscal Implication:
Fund 21 Bond Program - $133,200
Recommended Action:
That the Board of Trustees approve the contract with Sage Renewables in the amount of $133,200 for solar program consulting.
