Agenda Item Title: Sage Renewables Solar Feasibility Concepts and Financing Options (20 minutes)

Background:
At previous Board meetings, the board heard presentations from Climatec, Engie and Sage Renewables regarding a possible solar project in the District. At the May 3, 2018 Board meeting, staff was given direction to pursue the idea of solar, including financing options.
Sage Renewables will present options for solar installations, including electricity generated, estimated cost of the installations, and possible financing options.

Recommended Action:
That the Board of Trustees receive an update on potential solar projects in the District and give direction on next steps, if any.
