Background:
Christy White Associates is currently the District's audit firm under contract to complete the 2017-2018 audit for both the District's general financial audit and the financial and performance audit of the Measure G bond program.
Staff is requesting the current contract agreement be amended to extend the same audit services for the next three years to include audits for the 2018-2019, 2019-2020, and 2020-2021 school years.

Recommended Action:
That the Board of Trustees approve the Independent Contractor Agreement for Audit Services Amendment 1 and the Independent Contractor Agreement for Audit Services Measure G Amendment 1.
