Agenda Item Title: First Amendment to the Joint Use Lease Agreement with Action Day/Primary Plus at Cooper School Site

Background:
The District has a long-standing agreement with Action Day/Primary Plus for use of the Cooper Elementary School site for infant care and transitional kindergarten programs. The current agreement expires June 30, 2019. Action Day would like to extend that agreement for additional years.
The First Amendment to the Joint Use Lease Agreement would extend the current term to expire June 30, 2021. The additional two years would see an increase in the rent paid.

Recommended Action: That the Board of Trustees approve the First Amendment to the Action Day/Primary Plus Joint Use Agreement of Cooper School Site.
