Agenda Item Title:  YMCA Facility Use Lease Agreement Extension 2018-2019

Background: 
The District has a long-standing relationship with the YMCA of Silicon Valley to provide services for students after school.  The YMCA leases spaces at Bubb, Castro/Mistral, Huff, Landels, Monta Loma, and Theuerkauf schools. The 2018-2019 lease agreement continues the existing lease terms with the 2.9% increase in cost per month based on the Consumer Price Index-Urban Area for December 2017.

Fiscal Implication:
2018-2019 lease revenue will total approximately $190,882, with a future amendment in the fall to include added space in the final layout of the Mistral and Castro campuses.

Recommended Action: 
That the Board of Trustees approve the Fifth Amendment to YMCA Facility Use Lease Agreement  2018-2019.
