Background:
The Board will consider for award of a contract for the Huff and Theuerkauf Elementary Schools 2018 Summer Move Project for Measure G Projects.
On March 27, 2018, the District received proposals for the Huff and Theuerkauf Elementary Schools 2018 Summer Move Project. Five (5) proposals were received and the apparent low proposer having the appropriate available resources to complete the project is Waters Moving and Storage. The District’s Measure G Bond Program Manager has reviewed the proposals for conformance with District and statutory requirements.
Fiscal Implication:
The contract amount for Huff and Theuerkauf Elementary Schools 2018 Summer Move Project is $53,750 with all costs to be charged to Measure G.
Recommended Action:
That the Board of Trustees award the contract for the Huff and Theuerkauf Elementary Schools 2018 Summer Move Project to Waters Moving and Storage in the amount of $53,750.
