Background:
The Board will consider for award of a contract for the Castro/Mistral, Landels and Stevenson Elementary Schools 2018 Summer Move Project for Measure G Projects.
On March 27, 2018, the District received proposals for the Castro/Mistral, Landels and Stevenson Schools 2018 Summer Move Project. Five (5) proposals were received and the apparent low bidder having the appropriate available resources to complete the project is Mont Rose Mayflower. The District’s Measure G Bond Program Manager has reviewed the proposals for conformance with District and statutory requirements.
Fiscal Implication:
The contract amount for Castro/Mistral, Landels and Stevenson Elementary Schools 2018 Summer Move Project is $51,939 with all costs to be charged to Measure G.
Recommended Action:
That the Board of Trustees award the contract for the Castro/Mistral, Landels and Stevenson Elementary Schools 2018 Summer Move Project to Mont Rose Mayflower in the amount of $51,939.
