Background:
The Board will consider for award of a contract for the Bubb and Monta Loma Elementary Schools 2018 Summer Move Project for Measure G Projects.
On March 27, 2018, the District received proposals for the Bubb and Monta Loma Elementary Schools 2018 Summer Move Project. Five (5) proposals were received and the apparent low bidder having the appropriate available resources to complete the project is Crown Relocations. The District’s Measure G Bond Program Manager has reviewed the proposals for conformance with District and statutory requirements
Fiscal Implication:
The contract amount for Bubb and Monta Loma Elementary Schools 2018 Summer Move Project is $28,280 with all costs to be charged to Measure G.
Recommended Action:
That the Board of Trustees award the contract for the Bubb and Monta Loma Elementary Schools 2018 Summer Move Project to Crown Relocations in the amount of $28,280.
