Agenda Item Title:  Full-Day Preschool Pilot and Fee Schedule (15 minutes)

Background: 
Staff will provide an update on the plan to offer a full-day preschool class as a pilot in the 2018-19 school year.  Staff will also explain the changes in the fee schedule as a result of the full day class.

Fiscal Implication:
Unknown at this time, pending final program design and enrollment for 2018-19. 

Recommended Action: 
Due to the recent change in the County Child Care Subsidy Pilot and the need to begin outreach and enrollment for 2018-19 right away, the District asks that the Board approve the new fee schedule and changes to the fee agreement, as presented.
