Agenda Item Title: Contract for Architectural Services for the Latham Preschool Toilet Addition (2 minutes)

Background:
Currently, the Latham Preschool Program (Castro) has three classes in operation. One of the those classes is located in the temporary housing of the Castro/Mistral construction projects. The temporary buildings are slated to be removed this summer, as part of the Castro-Mistral projects. To maintain the three preschool classes in operation, the District desires to install a toilet in one of the permanent portable buildings to become the third preschool classroom.
Dreiling Terrones Architecture submitted a proposal for architectural services to install the new toilet.
Fiscal Implication:
The architectural services cost proposal is $22,785.
Recommended Action:
That the Board of Trustees award the architectural services contract for the Latham Preschool toilet addition to Dreiling Terrones Architecture.
