Background: 
The District is in the process of updating policies at the recommendation of the California School Boards Association.  Board Policy No. 4112.2, Certification has been updated to reflect those recommendations.

Recommended Action: 
That the Board approve Board Policy No. 4112.2, Certification at first reading, as presented.
