Background: 

The 2018-2019 Budget Adoption season has begun.  One of the first tasks necessary is to agree on the set of assumption on which to base the budget adoption.  Staff will present draft assumptions for discussion, with the goal to present the final budget assumption for Board action on March 15, 2018.
