Background: 
The Board approved the tentative contract agreement with CSEA for the 2017-2018 school year at the January 4, 2018 meeting.  The revised contract included a 6.7% on schedule salary increase retroactive to July 1, 2017.  The Disclosure of Collective Bargaining Agreement is presented for the public.

Fiscal Implication:
The cost of the increase is $765,694.
