Background:
The Mountain View Whisman School District (MVWSD) issued Invitation to Bid (ITB) No. 2025-07-11 for School-Related Activities Trips Transportation Services. The purpose was to secure qualified transportation providers to support extracurricular activities, including field trips and athletic events, ensuring reliable, safe, and cost-effective transportation.
