Agenda Item Title: Approval of Schematic Design, Budget and Schedule for the Theuerkauf Elementary School Restroom Modernization Project

Background:
Staff will present the schematic design, budget and schedule for the subject project. The Theuerkauf Restrooms were not previously modernized under Measure G or Measure T and many of the fixtures and equipment and finishes are at the end of their useful life. This project would bring the student restrooms at Theuerkauf up to par with the other elementary school sites.
Fiscal Implication:
Measure T Bond Program - $1,026,372.
Recommended Action:
It is recommended the Board of Trustees approve the schematic design, budget and schedule presented for the Theuerkauf Elementary School Restroom Modernization Project.
