Agenda Item Title: Notice of Completion - Staff Housing Building Project, Palisade Builders Inc.

Background:
On June 16, 2022, the Board of Trustees approved the Design Build Contract for the Staff Housing Building Project from Measure T Funds to Palisade Builders, Inc. Work is now substantially complete and a Certificate of Occupancy has been issued by the City of Mountain View.
Fiscal Implication:
The District currently holds retention in the amount of 5% of the final contract value. After a minimum of thirty-five (35) days after the filing of the Notices of Completion with the County of Santa Clara recorder, the District will release the retention amount, provided all remaining close out and punch list items have been completed.
Recommended Action:
It is recommended that the Board of Trustees approve the filing of the Notice of Completion for the Staff Housing Building Project.
