Agenda Item Title: (Action) Potential Options to Fund Purchase of Land and Action Steps In the Interim

Background:
The District has the option to purchase of the land beneath the staff housing building. To move forward, the District will collaborate with appraisers, attorneys, and real estate experts to negotiate a purchase price, after which the Board will need to determine how best to fund the acquisition if they choose to purchase the land.
To support this decision, staff has identified multiple funding sources that may be used individually or in combination.
Fiscal Implication:
$29,130,883.30 available for a possible purchase
Recommended Action:
It is recommended that the board approve the list as presented.
