Background: 

The purpose of this Board item is to bring the Board's attention that all documents are now located in one place to provide simplified access for all stakeholders.  The staff housing project has been an ongoing initiative spanning several years and multiple board compositions.  This summary will be reviewed in collaboration with Phil Henderson, the district's legal counsel.
