Background:
At the January 30, 2025, board meeting, the board decided to explore the possibility of purchasing the 1.8 acres of land under the district’s staff housing building.
Before exercising the option to purchase, the board should consider whether it wants to proceed with the purchase and how it would fund it. Staff will present available funding and purchase options for the board’s consideration.
