Background: 

The greening initiative is anchored in Board Resolution 05-012623, which was passed on January 26, 2023, and reflects the district's commitment to addressing climate change and fostering green schoolyards as part of a broader sustainability agenda.

The presentation tonight shares preliminary plans for outdoor learning based on feedback gathered in the 23-24 and 24-25 school year from students, staff, parents, and community.  Detailed designs are available on the district website.
