Background: 

Please see attached materials related to MVWSD Purchasing Processes and Procedures for Services, Equipment, Materials and Supplies.

This document complies with all current District Board Policies (BPs) and Administrative Regulations (ARs). If the District’s Board approves updated BPs or ARs, District staff must correspondingly revise this document.

Staff will also present a summary of canceled contracts to the Board.

Recommended Action: 

It is recommended that the Board approve the updated document for Purchasing Processes and Procedures for Services, Equipment, Materials and Supplies.
