Background:
The Staff Housing Oversight Committee met to review updates on the opening of staff housing. Presented today are Amended Bylaws for the Staff Housing Oversight Committee as well as a preliminary budget for the first two years of operations. For the start up of the building Winn Residential will need a loan which will be repaid within two years. The goal of the staff housing project is to keep rents as low as possible for employees and be cost neutral for the district.

It is recommended that the board approve the first amendment of the By-Laws for Staff housing and budget and Resolution No. 05-110724
Resolution to Authorize Temporary Borrowing for Staff Housing.
