Agenda Item Title:  (Action) Canopy Proposal for Bubb (5 minutes)

Background: 
At the September 19th meeting the board directed staff to split the greening project into two phases to take advantage of free trees being offered by Google through Canopy.  Google has recently communicated to Canopy that trees may not be available to the District.  Staff has met with Canopy October 9, October 22, and October 24.  Bubb is our first pilot site for planting. 

Fiscal Implication:
$19,949.73 from the General Fund

Recommended Action: 
It is recommended that the board approve the proposal from Canopy as presented.
